Is your flight disrupted? You can count on us. We’ll inform you right away by phone or e-mail of the flight change or cancellation. Next, we’ll immediately get to rebooking you on the first available flight. The moment we find a free spot, we’ll contact you again about your new flight schedule. Naturally, we’re here to help if you want to change to a different flight or if you have any other questions.

If your new flight doesn’t depart the same day, we won’t let you fend for yourself. From a cup of coffee to a hotel stay, we are serious about making you comfortable.

Throughout your journey, your experience is what counts! We let independent research agencies conduct surveys to find out what you think of us and our services. Based on your feedback, we evaluate and try to improve our services. Your personal data will never be used for commercial offers or mailings unless you’ve given us your explicit permission.

After your flight or after contacting our KLM Customer Contact Centre, you may receive an invite for 1 of our surveys:

  • Satisfaction and Service Conformity surveys (by Kantar and Qualtrics)
  • Contact Centre Evaluations (by BVA and MediaTech)

We also participate in studies executed by third parties such as IATA and Schiphol. Additionally, we run several ad hoc studies with agencies such as Beautiful Lives, CSpace, Miles Research, Insites Consulting, Added Value and others.
